Veterans, Service Members
and Military Families

Your service and experience will translate perfectly to our career opportunities.

Proudly supporting Veterans,
and building success in their careers.

Wellpath is honored to employ over 500 men and women who served. Put your military experience to work at an organization that welcomes veterans not just for your service, but because we know the training and teamwork you’ve experienced is a perfect fit for our culture. We believe in excellence and commitment, all the things you’ve trained for. Even as we continue to grow rapidly, we work hard to maintain a culture that is welcoming, nurturing and always military friendly.

A Culture of Caring

If there is one unifying characteristic of everyone at Wellpath, it is the deep desire to make a difference by helping society's most vulnerable and often overlooked individuals. Every day our team has the distinct honor and responsibility to show up with non-judgmental compassion to provide hope and healing to those who need it most.

For those of you whose calling it is to serve others, this is your moment. Your chance to join our family and be a part of our mission to care for those desperately in need, and to do your part to heal the world, one patient at a time.

You made a difference serving, now do it every day when you care for the underserved.

Wellpath supports a range of healthcare professionals at correctional facilities, state psychiatric hospitals and other public health sites, as well as our home office team in Nashville, Tennessee to be available and quick to respond. Regardless of the role you choose, you'll be a part of making a difference in our patients' lives. Use your military training and pride in your work knowledge to help support our clinical staff and improve patient care.

We honor military families.

Military families face unique challenges as they support a loved one in the service. Wellpath values what military spouses bring to the workplace, and with coast to coast career opportunities, we often provide a great career path that matches a way to make a difference with geographical flexibility. We encourage all military spouses to apply to any role they are qualified for. We are honored to support those who support our heroes.

Wellpath is a proud supporter of Operation Stand Down Tennessee in empowering Veterans to achieve their American Dream. Since 1993, Operation Stand Down Tennessee (OSDTN) provides a wide range of supportive services for honorably discharged veterans and their families throughout Tennessee – all at no cost to them. OSDTN assists all Veterans with personal ID needs, referrals to community agencies, benefits counseling, legal assistance, military records assistance, transitional housing, transportation, clothes and personal care items. The service center, located in Nashville, is also an employment hub that offers job placement assistance, computer training, resume development, professional development workshops, interview preparation and budget counseling. This Veteran Service Center is the only one in Tennessee recognized by the US Department of Veterans Affairs. Last year, 87 cents of every $1.00 donated helped more than 1,800 local Tennessee Veterans.
