Massachusetts Alcohol and Substance Abuse Center (MASAC) provides a holistic approach to treatment that addresses all aspects of wellness for residents to achieve a fulfilling, balanced lifestyle that is free from substance use. In this role, you make a difference in the lives of our residents every day. You do this by building rapport with our residents, which is important and will help contribute to their ongoing progress. You will help ensure a safe, positive, therapeutic environment for our residents. You will provide assistance to each of our residents in handling individual problems and documentation, as well as identifying the need for services. You will ensure residents are doing what they always need, as well as contribute to the care and upkeep of the facility. You will facilitate daily schedules to ensure resident participation and support in, but not limited to, patient activities, meal service, group sessions, transportation, and events.
Here at Wellpath, everything that we do is about taking care of people – our patients, our staff and our partners. We are committed to making a difference by providing hope and healing to vulnerable patients in challenging clinical environments. Our talented, compassionate team thrives in an autonomous environment, is empowered and supported by education, training and the resources to practice healthcare the way it is meant to be and strives to “Always Do The Right Thing!”
The MASAC Residential Services Coordinator (RSC) is an entry-level position that learns to provide direct care to a specific patient population under the direction and supervision of personnel delivering treatment to the patient population at the facility.
