About this role

Administrator will provide support to the organization through the customization and configuration of the Salesforce platform. The position will manage the database and reporting, configurations and provide change management for the platform. Additionally, the Systems Administrator Salesforce will be responsible for the configuration and management of the company’s customer facing portal.

What you bring to the table


  • Business, communications or marketing degree preferred.


  • 2 + years salesforce or systems administration experience.


  • Salesforce Certified Administrator or Advanced Administrator Preferred

What you will do

  1. Manage Salesforce security including roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows and groups.
  2. Maintain and customize Sales Cloud and Service Cloud applications
  3. Build custom reports, dashboards, and workflows
  4. Manage operational requests and reporting including customer analysis and individual views, and troubleshoot issues
  5. Manage the implementation of the client facing portal including setting up sites, configuring reminders and coordination of testing and deployment.
  6. Maintain database for integrity and accuracy including cleansing and duplicate record management.
  7. Follow best practices for system maintenance and configurations.
  8. Troubleshooting email campaigns, workflows, approval cycles, or auto-responders that generate excessive bounced mails.
  9. Create and maintain training materials and user documentation for software applications
  10. Develop and maintain relationships with software vendors. Work with application vendors in the maintenance and support of applications.
  11. Respond to clients within timeframes dictated by the severity of the problem.
  12. Research operational processes and identify solutions to resolve problems and/or improve efficiency
  13. Act as conduit for end user feedback about applications. Be their advocate within the Information Technology Department for end user requirements and solutions.
  14. Document support calls and knowledge base with common problem resolutions.
  15. Develop and maintain implementation materials and processes for implementation of software applications
  16. Perform other duties as assigned.
