About this role

iCIMS Technical Administrator will provide support to the organization through the customization and configuration of the iCIMS platform. The position will manage the ICIMS database and reporting, configurations and provide change management for the platform. Additionally, the iCIMS Systems Administrator will be responsible for the configuration and management of integration to and from the UKG Pro HR System, security structure modeling and execution, and user provisioning.

What you bring to the table


  • Computer Science, MIS, or similar degree preferred.


  • 2 + years iCIMS systems administration experience.

What you will do

  • Define and manage iCIMS security including roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, elevated access, and groups.
  • Act as SME for data model and API interfaces.
  • Maintain custom integrations to and from HR and EDW systems.
  • Advise HR and Enterprise Analytics on building custom reports, dashboards, and workflows
  • Manage operational requests and troubleshoot issues.
  • Maintain database for integrity and accuracy including cleansing and duplicate record management.
  • Follow iCIMS best practices for system maintenance and configurations.
  • Troubleshoot workflows, approval cycles, or auto-responders that generate excessive bounced mails.
  • Create and maintain training materials and user documentation for software applications
  • Develop and maintain relationships iCIMS and other software vendors as necessary. Work with application vendors in the maintenance and support of applications.
  • Develop and maintain good relationships with internal business customers and IT colleagues.
  • Respond to clients within timeframes dictated by the severity of the problem.
  • Research operational processes and identify solutions to resolve problems and/or improve efficiency
  • Act as conduit for end user feedback about applications. Be their advocate within the Information Technology Department for end user requirements and solutions.
  • Document support calls and knowledge base with common problem resolutions.
  • Develop and maintain implementation materials and processes for implementation of software applications.
